Ginger, Dumpling, and Rice Soup

It was winter and I was out of groceries.....
My tiny NY apartment holds very minimal space for excess food and thus this soup was born.

Here are the main things that hold this soup together
Stail precooked rice
Frozen Trader Joes dumplings
Spinach that was on its way to the trash
Eggs
A bunch of Asian seasonings to save the day.
